Aweken your body and regain energy with Morgan Coaching Bootcamp training. With origins in the USA, this type of workout is inspired by the US army training camps. We train as a group, outside using high intensity bursts of energy. Being part of a group helps to push you that extra mile as your competitive attitude takes over. With this diverse method of training although the intensity is extremely high you will find your hour’s workout will fly by!

If you are trying to cancel or reschedule class less than 24h prior to its start, please contact us directly.
